The system basically gathers data from a PABX and stores
it in a database. The web interface provides the means to generate
reports and other pertinent information. Familiarization in the latest
Microsoft technologies was necessary such as Microsoft's .Net framework,
ASP+, C#, SQL Server 2000, and Digital Dashboard. The project was
given a departmental award for excellent use of new technology. |
